Before opening an account, you need to contact us and speak to us about your requirements.

IMPORTANT (Only Applicable to Termination Customers Only):
1) We can not offer you an account if your usage is under 500 minutes/day or less than £5/day spend. (Although enquire if you are a startup)
2) You must be a registered company in the country you are applying from. We can not accept sole traders.
3) Accounts work on a prepaid basis and payments can only be made via Bank Transfer.
4) We cannot provide Billing Systems.
5) We can not provide telecom legal advice.
6) For UK National termination, your company and infrastructure to connect to us must be in the UK.
7) All accounts are in GBP. |
