Our UK national access is for UK communication providers who require a reliable, consistent high quality access to the UK numbering plan at competive pricing. Our accounts are prepaid, have low minimum topup requirements and are typically live in a few days.

Our related company, Voxyonder (through common ownership, which the Aloha network sits upon) is a voice access network. A voice access voice network is typically a voice network which controls its own interconnectivity with other CPs to get calling access directly to ranges hosted on that respective access voice network, manages its own porting agreements and can host regulatory allocated ranges on behalf of another CP. There are only a handful of Voice Access Networks in the UK. Unless regulated access is required (i.e SMP), customer interconnections are delivered by Aloha.

This is a premium product designed for communication providers who care about the quality of their product while remaining competitive. Our standard rates for UK landline are between 0.19-0.22p/min and standard UK Mobile between 0.67-0.7p/min.

European calling for smaller voice networks in recent times has become incredibly difficult due to the complexity of surcharging. Thanks to our wide range of international interconnects with major networks, we are able to offer high quality, aggressively competitive European and international calls for calls that originate from the UK and Europe while removing the stress and worry of surcharging (we don't normally surcharge!).

Furthermore, those who have been in the business for a while know the challenges in getting access to high quality, competitive priced international telephony. Our focus is purely on the quality CLI end of the market with a focus on reliable and consistent quality.

This is a premium product designed for residential and business communication providers including MVNOs who care about the quality of their international product offering while remaining competitive. Our standard landline and mobile rates for most European destinations are below 0.5p/min!

UK Numbering DIDs, Porting & Range Hosting

We can provide adhoc or bulk sub allocation utilising ranges allocated to Aloha and Voxyonder. We make our proposition simple. Calls are forwarded to you via SIP (round robin possible to increase resilience if you operate multiple switches) or we can forward them back out (controllable via API). Furthermore we include additional value added services such as the option to limit numbers to X minutes per month.

We are able to port numbers in from most networks and unlike other wholesale networks we do not charge significant amounts for the porting process (especially when there are dreaded postcode failures!). Equally we have a track record in successfully porting numbers in complex situation where others have failed and love a good challenge. Contact us to day if you have bespoke porting requirements.

If you have Ofcom allocated number ranges, we are able to host them for you on the Voxyonder network and deliver the calls over to you. Our costs for hosting are competitive and inline with industry lead times (1-3 months depending on the range type and subject to other networks promptly opening access on request).

Sometimes seen by some as the boring, costly, burdensome task. 999 Emergency Handling Authority Access, Emergency Service DB data filling and Directories Services are what make your service compliant. But whats more, they give the feel or a traditional telephony service. Typically when dealing with 999 it can be a matter of life and death and its important to get it right, and right first time!

We are able to provide 999 access for customers who take numbering from us or have their numbers hosted by us. We are unable to handle 999 calls for numbers you have else where unless they have officially been ported over.
